I love The Malin! Not only is the space beautiful, but the staff is so wonderful. And the community is amazing. They have so many different spaces within The Malin that are perfect for quiet, recording, creativity, meeting, white boarding etc! And easy parking and walkability to great places for lunch or dinner after the workday!

This is one of those places that’s so good you debate whether to actually leave a review so you can keep the goodness to yourself. However, Allison, Elizabeth, and Katrina are too wonderful not to share. The space itself is beautiful, with wonderful coffee, clean amenities, and beyond comfortable seating — but the women behind the counter are the real stars of the show. There isn’t a question that goes unanswered, and they are beyond hospitable and kind. Elizabeth is queen of the inbox, with lightning-fast responses. Katrina is constantly floating from place to place, ensuring the vibes are immaculate and everything is spotless. Allison is my go-to for anything onsite — she makes you feel like a regular from day one. The true testament to how wonderful this place is: I’ve been meaning to write this review since my first visit a few months ago, and when I realized today that I never hit submit, I rushed back over to share the 5-star experience brought on by the amazing women who bring The Malin to life every single day.

Used the parking garage and were exiting when the security rudely told us to leave. Told him we parked there and he said it didn’t matter. Wouldn’t let us even stand on the side walk. Stalked us all the way around the corner until we crossed the street. Made me and my little sister feel like criminals. No wonder the car park is empty.

Really enjoy working here. The space is well designed, the furniture both ergonomic and comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. It's easy to get productive work done here.

This is absolutely one of the best spots to work in Austin!! The various workspaces are comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the amenities (snacks, catering, special events) are top-notch too. My favorite aspect is the team here: Allison, Katrina, and Elizabeth!! They are the sweetest crew who remember every detail, are always down to help, and have such fun personalities that make coming to work a highlight every day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workplace and a fun community to join!
