This place is awesome. The reviews measuring decibels of the music, complaining about bathroom water pressure, and quality of the free coffee are all a bunch of snobs. This is a beautifully curated space that is lovely to work at. The music is great and at a reasonable volume, all of the work spaces are clean and comfortable. Unlimited coffee tea and stroopwaffles. I mean come on. If you're one of those people that doesn't need to work from home, or things "libraries are free", this space was never meant for you. It was meant for people without an office who want a space away from home to be productive and meet other professionals, all while being encapsulated in gorgeous interior design. The world needs more places like this and I'm so glad they exist.
Terrible neighbors. No respect at all. They enjoy their quiet on the inside, while they harass the rest of the neighborhood.
Overall I really enjoy Switchyards and the price is unbeatable, but I do wish they were more responsive to maintenance issues. I've been emailing them about wobbly table for weeks now. It's obnoxious to work at and causes spills if you have a drink on it. In a space where all the spots are occupied at peak times, and you often don't have a choice of where you sit, it's annoying that some of those seats are not maintained.
Worth it. Joining Switchyards is the best decision I've made in the past few months. Aside from the occasional member taking a call in a loud listen-to-me voice, it's so easy for me to hyper focus for a few hours. No detail has been overlooked in the design and amenities. Love the extra touches like the branded stickers, coasters and stationary available for jotting notes. I'll continue to sing SY's praises.
Great co-working space that is intentionally designed. My only complaint (as many others have noted): the music is too loud. I’d rate Switchyards a 5/5 if the music was not so loud all the time

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
