I used a day pass to their lounge area. The area is very pretty and the view of the terrace is amazing. My biggest concern is the lack of electric outlets on the lounge area. Most tables have no access to an outlet. For a coworking space, this is a big issue

Although we ultimately didn’t book the space due to a change in our meeting plans, I recently toured Expansive’s facilities while exploring options for a large meeting — and I was thoroughly impressed. The space was clean, upscale, and well-equipped with great amenities, making it an ideal environment for professional gatherings. I appreciated the convenience of being able to assign PIN codes for guest access — allowing attendees to enter the building without needing to call someone to let them in is a major time-saver and gives the whole process a polished, seamless feel. What stood out most to me, however, was the exceptional service I received from the Community Hospitality Manager, Dianely. She gave me a thorough tour of the space, answered all of my questions with a genuinely kind and welcoming attitude, and made the experience feel personalized and stress-free. Her professionalism and warmth gave me full confidence that any future event held here would be in excellent hands under her oversight. I’ll definitely keep Expansive in mind for future meetings and events. Highly recommend taking a tour if you’re considering it!
