CoSpace - Coworking

Cospace is a superb working space. I've been here 3+ years and I think that says it all. Great vibes, everything is extremely nice--the conference room, kitchen, and shared spaces and the offices are all topnotc--and very well cared for. Most desks have large monitors and the private offices have Sonos that they provide, as well as abundant (excellent) coffee and all kitchen amenities. Free parking and an excellent location, plus big bonus: Everyone is super nice!

We loved co-working here! I rented out the conference room and really enjoyed it. AJ greeted me when I arrived and gave me the tour. Everything was clean and the amenities were so nice. I will definitely be coming back!

AJ was fantastic to work with especially given we reached out at the last minute and had some specific requests for the meeting room. The room is great and has all of the equipment needed. The common area was a nice place to step out for a minute or to take lunch. Everyone at CoSpace was great to interact with and extremely accommodating. We'll be back!

I have nothing but great things to say about CoSpace. I was looking for an office space solution for 2-weeks to train a new office manager for my small tree care business. We do not have any office space and work remotely, so I wanted a space that wasn't my personal home to train my new hire. I have never had to utilize a shared office space, so I had zero idea what the cost for something like that would be. I searched shared office spaces online and called roughly 7-10 different businesses. I have no clue how large or small some of these companies are, but I know one(WeWork) is a massive company. When calling around, I either got no answer at all and left a message with no response back or I actually spoke to someone and got a verbal quote of $1500-2500 for the 2-week stint. I was SHOCKED on the pricing for such a short time and for just 2 people. When I spoke with CoSpace, they were answered my call immediately, answered my questions thoroughly, discussed the space and amenities with clarity and gave me a fair and competitive price that was very suitable for my needs. Their pricing was in my opinion for more realistic and competitive for what I was needing. I decided to book the 2 weeks with CoSpace and couldn't be happier. I was able to meet with the owners and get my questions answered, the facility was recently renovated and clean, there were snacks and coffee available and the bathroom was clean. After finishing our 2 week stint, I received a follow up email with a thanks. As a small business owner myself, I am happy to contribute to another local company instead of a national company with over-the-top prices. Thanks CoSpace for the quick accommodation, competitive pricing and great facility. When I need workspace again, I know where to go.

I have been renting a desk from CoSpace for the past four months and look forward to continuing my residence. The space is clean and professional. I have noticed my focus time and productivity significantly increase. The staff is super nice and responsive. Great rates, great space!
