The team at 71Xsuites are nothing short of amazing. We've used all the major co-working style spaces and 71Xsuites is by far our favorite. The location is great. - you can't beat being next to a coffee shop and fantastic restaurant. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and professional. Each suite also has its own HVAC control so you're not stuck with an icebox or sauna. I cannot recommend this place enough - I know they constantly have a waitlist so if you're looking for an office for your small or growing team, reach out now.

We’ve had a great experience as a tenant at 71XSuites! Grace and the staff are incredibly responsive and always helpful. Surveys are provided to make sure the kitchen pantry and fridge are stocked with what tenants actually want—such a thoughtful touch. The facilities are well maintained, making it an ideal working or meeting environment. Highly recommend!

71x Suites is a locally owned and managed shared office environment with private suites. We are so glad we chose this for our company needs. The kitchen set up and complimentary drinks and snacks is perfect as are the two shared meeting rooms. Support from Grace is exceptional and the suites themselves are well appointed.
