This is my first time working with Regus and I couldn’t be happier. It was also my first time getting an office space ( in my mind I thought it be as tedious as when you rent your first apartment ) but it was not! Everything went so smoothly thanks to my phone Rep Nicole, she took the time to answer my questions and helped with concerns. Even helped me navigate the App. I really appreciate it since I needed a quiet place to take a test via zoom and I was very nervous. My first impression of the Ballpark location was how nice and well kept the building looked both inside and out. When I arrived at the suite I was greeted by 2 ladies ( I was so nervous about my test that I didn’t even get their names) the place was very clean and the office space was perfect! I have my national certification test coming up in a few more weeks and I”ll be moving to Fort Worth, now I know who to call for an office space. Thank you Regus.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star which is undeserving for the poor customer service of Toni and Kacee. I ENDED my contract with Regus because of these two people! Not only did I have to deal with poor customer service from these two, I’ve also had to deal with charges for services that opted out of and charges that were skyrocketed for no apparent reason. I’ve sent emails and tickets for a resolution and never received a response. I called the office to ask about the charges, and both office staff workers hung up the phone in my face and would not answer after I tried calling back several times. Regus, I highly recommend that you read and listen to complaints filed on Toni and Kaycee. They are not a good representation of professionalism nor courtesy. Remember, we are consumers paying for a service.
