Great Office Space at a good price. Staff is great and very friendly. Always helpful.

Customer desk behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. Her attitude was not only unhelpful but also very rude, making the entire experience unpleasant.

Worst experience ever! Leasing and regretting it everyday! Staff is very unprofessional and management is quick to email paying customers and falsely accuse them without knowing what happened! Jennifer Ivory sent an email without properly investigating what happened! Please lease somewhere else! The first days here were very uncomfortable for my staff and I! not to mention the offices are dirty and have dirty carpets not worth the money for such a small and dirty office

Just signed a 6 month lease and regretted it on DAY ONE!! After paying almost $7,000 in deposits and rent for a private office I arrived to find the carpet filthy and the walls needing paint. They had also switched the furniture out from what I had agreed to. After being very helpful prior to me paying, all Of a sudden Zulema Gonzales was ZERO help. I was referred to the location manager Jericka who just honestly doesn’t GAF. No customer service skills to speak of and low key nasty. Called Regus to try to get assistance but they ONLY offer a sales number. Once you pay you’re on your own, NO ASSISTANCE. I’m horrified by this experience with Regus. I expected much better. It’s Nov 3rd and I still don’t have the 24/7 access I paid for when I actually need to work this weekend…and they’ve had the audacity to send me another invoice already. Edit: Went to the office for the first time since signing the lease on Nov 1st and there are no improvements. Plus the reception ladies, who are part of the service I pay for didn't even say Hello, Good afternoon, nothing...This is crazy!

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
