No one handles business like Cathy in the Texas Panhandle. I have sent two referrals to her the last month and they cannot be happier!

Customer service is horrendous. I made the mistake of booking with this establishment for a work conference. They are unorganized, slow to respond, unprofessional and emotionally unstable. Cathy the owner told me she would send me a receipt of my booking since October 2022 (still have not received it). When I called her receptionist picked up and provided the worst CS imaginable. Blaming their new system for their delay in sending me the receipt charge. If you're simply too unorganized to produce the document, just say so. The receptionist than went on to speak about her clients being attorneys as if that matter for anything or trying to intimidate? If you cannot be professional, or mentally secure than do not associate yourself with the public. Booking meetings all day is not that hard of work.

Cathy is a pleasure to work with, always available and works hard to make the tenants feel welcome and have what they need. Offices are clean, modern and spacious.
