Absolutely horrible experience with Regus and sales representative Kimberley Struble. I was originally sold on a shared office space for approximately $250 per month. Kimberley presented it as a simple month-to-month arrangement, which was the entire reason I agreed to sign up. The moment I received the invoice, I discovered numerous additional charges that were never properly explained during the sales process. When I contacted Kimberley and questioned the fees, she told me verbatim: "These are all the fees for the multiple locations you requested, pay them." I later learned that statement was not accurate. The additional charges were not simply for multiple locations. Instead, they were tied to Regus' contract structure and billing requirements that effectively required paying for multiple months up front despite the "month-to-month" representation that had been made during the sales process. What I thought would be a $250 monthly office ended up requiring nearly $500 in charges plus almost another $100 in startup fees that were never clearly disclosed to me before signing. To make matters worse, I later learned there was a 30-day cancellation notice requirement. So despite being told it was month-to-month, the reality was that I was effectively locked into paying for additional months immediately after signing up. When I attempted to cancel, Kimberley told me the cancellation had to be done online. I then spent considerable time trying to cancel through the Regus website. The online process was a complete nightmare. Even the AI assistant provided instructions that led nowhere. The website repeatedly sent me into dead ends where there appeared to be no actual way to submit a cancellation request. I reached back out to Kimberley for assistance and explained that I wanted to cancel. Instead of helping, she essentially told me to read the contract more carefully. When I continued asking for assistance with the cancellation process, my messages were ignored. At that point I had: • Questioned undisclosed fees • Attempted to cancel online as instructed • Contacted the sales representative multiple times • Asked for help navigating the cancellation process Yet I was still unable to successfully cancel. Now, after only a few weeks, I am already being contacted by Regus collections regarding charges while my cancellation requests and concerns remain unresolved. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I signed up expecting a simple $250 shared office arrangement and instead encountered additional fees, cancellation hurdles, poor communication, and what felt like complete indifference once the contract was signed. This was for a tiny shared office/cubicle space, yet the actual costs ended up being dramatically higher than what was initially presented. In my opinion, the sales process did not accurately reflect the true financial commitment, and the cancellation process was far more difficult than it should have been. If you are considering Regus, read every single line of the agreement, ask for a written explanation of every fee, ask specifically about cancellation notice requirements, and get all promises in writing before signing anything. Based on my experience, I would never do business with Regus again and would strongly caution others to fully understand the contract before committing.

Great location! Surrounded by beautiful shopping area with solid restaurants. Sherry at the front desk is amazing and super helpful. As long as she's around, I highly recommend the location. Just make sure to always read the fine print on your agreement, which Sherry will help things make clear for you.
