I’ve been to this shop 3-4 times now and I love it! From what I understand it’s relatively unknown which makes sense due to the name, but it’s a great spot. I’ve added it to my top 5 shops in FW. PROS - Incredibly friendly staff: Eric has been my barista each time I’ve gone and he’s a sweet person! - Great espresso: as a former shop owner and coffee lover, I love their espresso. They use Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters which is good quality and local! - Super spacious, comfortable seating, and really clean! - The smell of coffee: I’ve been to so many shops recently that just don’t smell like coffee when you walk in which I find to be so odd. But that’s not a problem here! - Consistency: each time I’ve been, the drinks have been really good and made with care! - Quiet: outside of the sound of the machines, it’s such a quiet place if you have work to do or have any meetings. CONS - The Hours: as much as I love this shop, it’s hard to get to it sometime because they close at 2 and aren’t open on the weekends which is a bummer. Even though I live in Fort Worth, I’d drive to Aledo for this spot more consistently if it were open longer. - The Name: I would’ve had no clue that it was a coffee shop had it not showed up on google as one. They do have a little sign by the sidewalk that says cultivate coffee on it though. All in all, this is a spot that you shop you should go to if you’re in the Aledo area! And if not, still worth the drive!

Came into Aledo for Dayne’s and wanted coffee after so I looked for some shops in the area. Decided to try out this place out last week and it’s definitely a hidden gem! The barista (I think his name Erick) was a really cool dude. He took the time to explain a few things about their beans and syrups which was awesome. I got the PH delight and it was great! The espresso tasted great and the latte itself wasn’t too milky like a lot of other places. I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back!
