I called to get rates at a Regus location The Madison in Addison, Tx. You are routed to the national office first and they then direct your call to the location you request. Each time I called the national office they would route me to the wrong location or the my call would end up back at the National office and the loop would be repeated again. I will not lease from this company based on this ridiculous customer experience

When closing out my office with this Regus location, I was charged a restoration fee and I keep receiving bills. When I called the loacal office right after I closed the account I was told it be taken care of. 30+ days later, still have a charge on my account and when I called now I was told I have to use the online system. This is a Joke, I am also waiting for a two month refund for a three month stay! I will not be coming back next tax season to use your offices!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. When closing out my office with this Regus location, I was charged a restoration fee that did not match the pricing in effect when my agreement was signed. I raised a dispute prior to the due date and clearly communicated that payment would be held pending correction. Despite this, the full amount was still drafted from my account before the dispute was reviewed or resolved. Over the course of several days, I made multiple attempts to get a response through their support system and received little to no communication addressing the actual issue. Responses that were provided did not resolve the concern and simply referenced current pricing rather than the terms of my agreement. The lack of timely response, combined with drafting a disputed charge, made this process unnecessarily frustrating and difficult to resolve. If you’re considering doing business here, I would strongly recommend reviewing all billing terms closely and documenting everything.

We are having a terrible experience at the Regus Offices in Austin (Aspen Lake One 13785 Research Blvd, 78750). We were Reprimanded for 2 things today by Claudia. I am fully disabled and parked 1 foot over in the marked off disabled portion. Someone complained that they could not park on the other parking spot across from me. Claudia stated in her angry unprofessional email that I parked diagonally. I am sure Claudia cannot prove this because it is factually wrong. The second complaint was that we were trying to get into the building earlier ( As does anyone who does not know the schedule, Claudia also stated this was our third infraction). You bet people were trying to get in early today as it was 18 degrees outside!!! Not once has Claudia spoken to us in person I guess in today's society it is easy to send an rude email instead of getting both sides of the story in person. My Meeting with Regus Steffanie Hamilton Management was not at all positive. I conceded the fact that we were pulling on the doors. All of their other complaints were false. Adam the Property Manager from JLL was VERY HOSTILE. They had no proof of any of their statements and refused to have a rational discussion. I could have easily taken down this review if they were reasonable. Instead they barred our group from having meetings at their facility.
