I arrived this morning at 9:30 AM with a paid reservation. There was no one at the front desk, and I rang the doorbell several times before giving up. I live nearby and wanted to try out a new place. I've also sent multiple direct emails about this with no response after several days. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, having wasted both my money and time, and I would appreciate it if this type of behavior is addressed promptly.

I hosted my wedding reception dinner here and it was great! I was able to accommodate guest. My initial meeting in person and all follow communication was smooth. The people that work here are so kind, inviting and personable. I would refer anyone here looking to host an intimate & upscale party or event!
