Unfortunately, since the management change at Werkstatt360 Green Hills, the overall experience has declined significantly. We’ve had several issues that have made operating from this location difficult. On multiple occasions, mail has been misplaced or lost, meeting rooms were not booked correctly despite reservations, and there often seems to be a lack of communication or clarity from staff regarding basic operations. We have also experienced billing discrepancies, including being overcharged, which required additional follow-up to address. The space itself is still in a great location, but the management and operational organization need serious improvement. For businesses relying on reliability and professionalism from an office suite provider, these issues can become a major challenge. We hope management addresses these concerns so the space can return to the standard it once had.

This place is phenomenal . The staff is extremely friendly and well knowledgeable on the resources that you need for your business. They are very welcoming and provide your with premium service at an affordable rate. They helped me save thousands by using their services. I would highly recommend any business to use their services. Their facility is very clean!! 5 stars!! update: Since the changed ownership the place has went down hill. Super unprofessional. I hope it gets better.
