incredible vibe here. Was really impressed by the dark wood in the communal spaces and the exposed brick/natural light in all of the office spaces. Will most definitely be here again!

In a sea of overpriced, stuffy office spaces, Three One Three stands out. They've built an atmosphere of comfort and community rather than just a place to come work. With many small, local businesses and even community outreach organizations, Three One Three is making Nashville a better place, and not just for the people inside the building. I’m currently in my third Three One Three location (Germantown, East Nashville, and now Inglewood) and each one has been just as good as the last.

Three One Three is a great co-working space. They’ve thought of everything you may need. 4 stars, only because there isn’t always someone at the front desk to help visitors, deliveries, or members. However, Hannah and Riley are always so helpful, pleasant, and understanding. Overall great experience!
