Gorgeous space with numerous meeting rooms that are well equipped with AV, giving you a private space for meetings with both in-person and virtual guests. The building is centrally located in Nashville Yards, with access to casual and fine dining options, and walking distance to 5th + Broadway. Much like all downtown buildings, parking is expensive. Be sure to start low or small with your membership or office space. Industrious is flexible if you wish to increase your office footprint, your memberships or your lease term, but they will not let you downgrade. The flexibility they market is only for growth and not for reduced need. Since I was able to upgrade my space and memberships during our initial lease term, starting a new, longer term, I missed the fine print that said I could not downgrade. Lesson learned. We saw a reduction in our local, in-person team size, with an increase in our remote team size at the beginning of 2026. This greatly reduced our need for office space in Nashville. I reached out to the Industrious team to reduce our membership and was told that is not allowed until my current lease term is up, next year. So we are paying for memberships and space we are not using.

First co working space I've tried and the staff were amazing shoutout to Micah, made the whole experience great from the start, very welcoming and respectful. Clean space, great energy, and good refreshments lol. Will definitely be back

Industrious at Nashville Yards is truly exceptional. The space is beautifully designed—comfortable, very professional and aesthetically impressive from the moment you walk in. The amenities are outstanding and thoughtfully curated to support productivity and well-being, and the location simply can’t be beat. What really sets this location apart is the manager, Micah Basham. Micah is consistently cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He’s genuinely supportive and is always willing to go the extra mile! Having previously worked as a sales manager for a competing co-working company—and having loved that experience—I can confidently say that Industrious Nashville Yards is leaps and bounds above the rest. It strikes the perfect balance of hospitality, professionalism, and premium service. Highly recommend.
