Industrious - 1316 Adams Street

I've been at Industrious for 30 days now. Breakfast/coffee + Lunch/happy hour weekly and the on-site team members are great. Stevie Tiemann makes sure everything is working like it should and steps in to help when he doesn't have to. You can't put a price on working where people who want to be helpful. There's a great sense of community here. Highly recommend.

Industrious is a premium coworking space with top notch amenities, workspace, and people. I have been lucky enough to work in offices in multiple different Industrious locations, and this particular location is special. The workspace is located in a rebuilt building originally from 1905, and the unique character is evident from the moment you walk in with the concrete pillars, brick walls, and modern decor. Members have access to everything one would need to handle daily business activities (printers, general office supplies, fast wifi or Ethernet connection, mailroom, private phone booths, etc), many bookable conference rooms for small group client meetings or hosting a large group, and the best office snacks, breakfasts, coffee, and sparkling drinks. What really makes this location special is the staff. Stevie and Dayana greet every member by name and go above and beyond to help make the experience as good as it could be. I can’t recommend this location and Industrious enough!

It is more expensive than some coworking spaces, but the value is obvious the moment you walk in. Daily breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, and excellent coffee, plus afternoon snacks and a Thursday happy hour with beer and wine make every day feel special. The staff and programming genuinely try to build community; the staff know each member by name and the events are always packed. The space is inside a beautifully restored historic building that was once partially collapsed. They kept the original old brick, exposed beams, and industrial character and turned it into something that feels like art. Private offices come with Herman Miller chairs, great ergonomics, and plenty of space. The hot desks and open coworking areas are equally comfortable, and phone booths are abundant so you never wait for a quiet call. Unlimited printing, super-fast Wi-Fi, and premium conference rooms that consistently wow clients round out the professional side. Location could not be easier: quick access from I-24 or Ellington Parkway, secure parking and fantastic food options within a 3-5 minute walk (Babychan, The Goat, Steam Boys, Little Hats, and in summer the Mas Tacos truck). If you want a polished, community-focused environment with flexible month-to-month offices or coworking where you can comfortably grow your business, Industrious Germantown is the best in Nashville. I work at the industrious in Germantown, Nashville and it’s an amazing space to work. It has encouraged me to come to the office more frequently because the vibes are amazing and the perks are great! Diana always prepares delicious healthy snacks for breakfast and lunch. I also use the complimentary gym and the area is awesome! Would highly recommend!
