I spent just over a year in the space and the community managers were fantastic! They cared and were super kind and helpful. I loved this space and the connections with other business owners in the space. NEGATIVES: They had a hard time keeping the warehouse at a remotely comfortable temperature in the summer (many days over 90 degrees) and winter. Also, I have now been moved out for a couple of months and I keep getting the run-around on when my security deposit will be returned. I am now escalating to management as it seems accounts payable is not concerned with issuing the check.
