I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Adams. From the moment she walked into the room, I felt completely at ease. She truly listened to my concerns, took her time, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Finding a provider who makes you feel heard and comfortable is so important, especially when it comes to women’s health. I left my appointment feeling reassured, informed, and genuinely cared for. I am so thankful I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable gynecologist!

Stay away from this place. This happened a few years ago, but im just now paying for it because I had no clue until I finally went to be seen by another Dr. I had an ectopic pregnancy, which eventually led into me having to have emergency surgery. After surgery, one of the Dr’s here told me and my mom who was in the room with me that they only had to remove a small piece of my fallopian tube… turns out that was not the case and she actually removed the WHOLE ENTIRE TUBE. I don’t care that it was years ago. I care that the people in this office don’t care about their patients like they claim to. Anyways im beyond blessed now that I have an amazing Dr and even though I will have to go through IVF now… I know it will all be worth it in the end. But thanks for nothing! Terrible care. Terrible service. They also wouldn’t see me anymore over a past balance of $100. Paid it then was dropped as a patient. 0 stars.

I’m in my third trimester and I decided to transfer to a different OBGYN clinic. I’ve never missed an appointment. In fact, I’ve been early to every single appointment. I transferred out because Dr. McGowan and her nurses are rude and Dr. McGowan only cares about money. It was time to get my RhoGam shot, and they said I need to pick it up from the pharmacy which costs out of pocket $160 (which I was immediately confused, why wouldn’t they just have the RhoGam shot at the office). I called my insurance and they told me that I shouldn’t pay a single dollar for the RhoGam shot. When I tried to tell that to the clinic, they interrupted me and gave me an attitude and said that I have to pay it. This isn’t my first pregnancy. With my first pregnancy, I was at a different clinic who immediately gave me the RhoGam shot without any problems. Their office had it supplied and I didn’t pay a cent for it. The nurse for Dr. McGowan was so rude and completely dismissed what I was saying and told me to go to the ER if I don’t want to pay and then hung up on me. I proceeded to go to the ER who still wouldn’t give me the shot with the nurse telling me “off the record” that Dr.McGowan has a bad reputation. After I told the obgyn office I’m going to transfer to a different clinic, I went there and filled out a medical release form so they can transfer my info to the new obgyn office. I then received this letter in the mail stating that Dr. McGowan kicked me out as a patient due to missed appointments and being late? It obviously shows that they’re trying to do everything to save their own reputation by making me the reason that I’m no longer a patient with them. As I mentioned already I was early to every appointment and never missed one. From the front desk to the nurses to the providers, they’re not a nice group of workers. Save yourself the headache and make sure you go to an obgyn where you feel like your care is valued and a priority! Also, the new obgyn clinic I went to gave me my RhoGam shot immediately without me even asking them, not paying a cent. Even better, I felt so much more welcome with so much positivity! This whole office needs a course on basic respect for their patients!
