I really wanted to like Cultivate, but unfortunately the space has several major drawbacks that make it difficult to use as a professional office. The biggest issue for me is the temperature upstairs. There does not appear to be adequate air conditioning, and it gets extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially if you are trying to work for several hours. Parking is also a major inconvenience. There is no dedicated parking lot, so you have to find parking around the city square. The square can be extremely busy, and much of the nearby parking is limited to two hours, which is not practical when you are renting an office space for the day or working regular business hours. The workspace itself is also very open. There are no cubicles or much separation between work areas, so there is very little privacy. If your job involves confidential phone calls, Zoom meetings, client conversations, or in-person business meetings, this setup can be challenging. For a month-to-month office space, I expected a little more comfort, privacy, and convenience. The concept is great, but the lack of reliable air conditioning upstairs, dedicated parking, and private working areas made it difficult for me to use the space effectively for business.

We used Cultivate Coworking for our Christmas party this past weekend and this space was perfect! Jason was very easy to work with and we were able to bring in our own food and alcohol. You can’t beat the price for an event space in Downtown Murfreesboro and we will be looking to host future events there!

New owners & inspiration have made big changes at Cultivate CoWorking in Mboro! It’s near downtown with lots of parking close by. They have updated the decor & rooms. There’s private work area, a conference room, classroom/meeting space, common gathering areas, & snack area. They offer mail service for your business too. For a small fee, you could have an office to meet your clients too! Rutherford County keeps growing!!
