Signed up for virtual office so I could have an address while planning the marketing for opening a new business but I travel a lot and did not realize all the documents needed including one which required a notary I never had the chance to use their address and my plans changed so That never opened the business. I have never stepped foot in their centers and after several months of asking options to terminate my contract I was told I could terminate the contract, but I need to make the payments all the way till July 2027. They have no option for getting out of the financial commitment unless your account becomes delinquent they report you to a credit bureau to ruin you credit and MAYBE they’ll negotiate a settlement then. Customer service is VERY POOR going months with no response and since they have no automatic payment options I now asked for two ten month invoice’s to pay ten months up front twice to pay balance of my contract That was a week ago and even as I try to make a payment I get no response
