We signed with regus years ago and it gets more expensive every year for fewer and lower quality services Definitely don't sign with them

Really love the office space . If planning on contracting with Regus know your clients coming in are going to feel a precessional first impression. The ladies at the front are kind and make you feel welcome . Great first impression for sure !

When renting commercial here, make sure you know the terms. Regus threatened to sue us if we didn't continue our yearly lease through all of 2024. Regus will not let you break your lease, or they will threaten to sue you. Beware doing business at Regus in Knoxville.
