The place is great and has good options. However the people at the front desk aren’t very helpful and make things very difficult. Had to unsubscribe and move on

Charity in the Knoxville office is quite the professional. Why she works for Debbie Dowdy is baffling to me. We had to get our attorney involved to get part of our deposit back, months after we moved out. Debbie found and invented reasons not to return our deposit. She will nickel and dime you beyond your wildest dreams. Charity, on the other hand, does have the interests of tenants as her priority. If Debbie got out of the way, this would be a much better place.
