H+U provides a great option for those looking for an affordable space in Franklin to work and even bring guests to. There's plenty of space to spread out and, though the ROOM "pods" to take calls are frequently full, people are generally respectful of the time limit and they're a great addition for those without an assigned office space. There are a lot of great snacks and drinks, alleviating the need for me to carry more to and from work. The team is kind and we've held an event there which was great! It's close proximity to the Factory and other downtown stores is convenient but feels "away" from most of the hustle and bustle. It's been a good office option for us!
Five stars without hesitation…and here’s why… Harbor and Union is not just a coworking space. It is a community. The Round is exactly what Franklin needs — a monthly gathering where entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners can connect, be challenged, and walk away feeling fulfilled and inspired with ideas worth thinking about long after they leave the room. If you are building something that matters and you are not in this space yet, you are missing out.
I hosted a university alumni networking event at Harbor + Union and the space was perfect for the occasion. Planning an event a couple of states away can be stressful, but the staff assisted me every step of the way - including helping me select catering and bar service. It was a wonderful atmosphere to greet alumni in the Nashville area. Top notch experience!
