I have rented an office at workspace for about a year and a half and the only reason I left was because we moved. This place offers everything you need and Ande is just wonderful

Workspace Dickson has been a great resource for having a dedicated place to get high speed Internet access while working remotely. There are options to just use the space for a day or get a subscription for a dedicated table, desk, or potentially even a small office. The Internet is high speed and is being upgraded to fiber. Management has been very responsive and regularly provides updates. The space is close to an active train track that sees trains come through 2-3 times during the business day. However, I've rarely had anyone on calls notice the trains.

This office space absolutely SAVED me and my career. I moved to a very rural area with absolutely no cell signal and no internet so that wasn't even an option for me. Thank you very much for providing this service 🙏🏻❤️ Pros: - very friendly/responsive management - clean/spacious/cozy open space - fast & reliable internet - pleasant buzz of the typical open office - friendly "coworkers" (is that what they'd be called?) office-mates? idk.. everyones friendly! lol - signup super simple - coffee bar (cant beat that) - bathrooms ALWAYS clean and shiny Cons: - n/a from my experience Things to be aware of: - there is a train that passes by every once in a while - when standing in the open parking lot, there is a giant label on the building saying "mullberry mill". The door you enter is the one on the left hand side of that face of the building.

Directions were confusing for renting a room, there was no labeling of the areas, the room was hot, and it would have been helpful to know that a tractor outside along with train horns would interrupt my video recording calls consistently. Would have been nice to know I booked the room
