This review is a bit hard to write, because this place has great potential, and the design vibes create a seemingly fantastic space for coworking. However, I would not recommend this space for traveling remote workers who are looking to use the space on a day by day basis. The space is completely inaccessible without a pass and the dearth of information on the website about how to use the space daily does not allow for easy access. If you have questions, too bad, better drive to their coffeeshop/main location down the street. Our first day, my partner and I paid for our passes but received absolutely nothing from the company. We stood outside for at least 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do before deciding to head down the street to the main Bradley Mountain location. The barista was friendly when I approached her about the issue, but acted like this was a common occurrence and went to the back to get it sorted. She said we'd get an email with our access and we drove back to the coworking space. We got in no problem, but I had already missed one meeting for the day by the time we got it worked out. Fast forward two days later and we buy passes again. This time we receive an email, but every time we open the app, it says our credentials are no longer active. So, we drive back to the coffeeshop again. After waiting in line for coffee customers, we again had a barista go to the back and retrieve help. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely kind and apologetic, offering to refund us for the day and giving us a coffee from the shop. We appreciated this very much, but combined challenges of the space still persist, hence this review. Plus, he tells us that there is apparently a host that is employed at the coworking space -- unsure what their job is, as they offered no assistance when we were trying to enter the first day. On top of all the logistical challenges, the space is LOUD. The rooms for meetings are not at all soundproof and make it difficult to stay present either while working or attending a meeting. Even worse, the space seems to have become a haven for real estate developers looking to milk the new Columbia for all its worth. They regularly have visitors come in for meetings which they take in the common space with absolutely no regard for the others in the space (see first image below). As I am sitting here, I am listening to three meetings happening simultaneously; online decibel meter measures 55-75 decibels. Not a quiet working environment. For $25/day, I expect ease of entry, proper meeting space, and not having to hear about the exploitation of my hometown. I appreciate the kindness of the individuals who helped us at Bradley Mountain, but I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. Honestly, the related coffee shop is free and seems to be a better / more quiet workspace than this coworking spot. Free coffees were a nice perk. Editing shortly after the initial review as a group of young men all entered and started shouting, "LET'S HAVE A PARTY" while the host just sits and stares at her computer. (second photo).

I’ve been a member for almost 6 months and I love this place more and more. The natural light, variety of work spaces, call booths, great coffee, and solid networking. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Free drip at Bradley Mountain is a great perk as well!

This place is sick. It's like Bradley Mountain... but for coworking. Vibes are fr, plenty of parking and there's always coffee available. If the weather's nice, there's some great outdoor seating or you can roll up the garage door on the back of the building for all of the fresh air your lungs can handle. This place is absolutely where your uncles favorite cabin meets 12 South vibes with fast internet.
