Confideo - With Faith in God

We love this space, for many solid reasons. It totally supports collaboration and teamwork, because the facility is modernly equipped and the 4 on staff professional employees of The Press are professional, non-judgmental, helpful and friendly. So the positive tone is there too! Everyone here is a self-starter, meaning they have start-up businesses and/or they can work well unsupervised; therefore we gain the added value of learning and discovery from others when available. The gym is better than the two largest in town, where I “used to” be a member! Better equipment and fine showers where I am unconcerned about who is walking into the locker room, because they are 100 private ! My only regret is I wish I had known sooner. ~ Billy Z

Skylar was phenomenal. From the time I walked in off the elevator she was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The tour she provided highlighted all of the benefits of the various spaces and she adequately answered all of my questions. Her follow up emails were timely and professional, and she assisted me with navigating the sign up process with my HR team. I’m looking forward to this new work space and I genuinely appreciate the staff Milan has working there at The Press.

I was an original at The Press, leasing my first office there while it was still under construction! I can honestly say it was a leap of faith/turned solid success story. As a professional gemologist/jewelry appraiser, I wasn’t certain how I would fit into Millan’s vision for The Press, or whether they would even fit into mine, but decided to give it a year lease and find out. What immediately stood out was the overall vibe in the building. The variety of small independent and large company branches under one roof had an interesting effect. The atmosphere was always quiet, but charged with an energy that makes you Want to work. Everyone there was busy thinking, building, and even sharing ideas over coffee in the kitchen. Any concerns I originally had about the space not fitting my business were wiped away as my clients marveled at the beauty and functionality of the space while I walked them through, many expressing they would love to find a good reason to be there everyday, as well! It’s unbelievable what you are given for a small rent. They take care of absolutely everything, from parking and internet, to gourmet coffee and amazing food. I would often surface from my work to find fresh bagels, or desserts in the kitchen, and other members there to talk to and bounce ideas off of. Security was a concern of mine, and I so appreciated having amazing people at the front desk to let me know when clients arrived. Why did I leave? I didn’t entirely! Eventually, I began working side-by-side with a jewelry designer friend, and we moved into a larger space at The Press. Later, we realized we needed a larger, open space to continue our own visions. We decided to take an office, still with Millan Enterprises, a couple of blocks away. Now I keep a membership with The Press so I can still pop over and see all of the amazing people there, chat in the kitchen over a latte, and even use their new private gym! Whatever level of membership or private office you are considering trying, I wholeheartedly recommend you jump!!
