Spanning the entire second floor of University Tower, the completely renovated and modern workspace offers private offices of various capacity, open coworking space, and meeting and conference rooms that accommodate up to 6 people. The innovative design features glass windows wrapping the entire building and capturing natural light.

With free on-site parking and ground floor access, getting work done and meeting with clients is easy and convenient. The location is just a short drive from restaurants, retail stores, banks and the central business district. With clientship at e|spaces, you receive access to our Chattanooga office space and all e|spaces locations.

Park on the upper level of our parking lot to walk straight into the second floor entrance. If not, park in the lower level and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Parking in our attached lot is free during business hours.

AC, coffee machines, printer/scanner are routinely down. Used to be nice, but going downhill quickly.
