Worst experience I've ever had with a medical practice from *every* department: billing, reception, labs, nurses, doctors... This practice should be investigated immediately for gross negligence. Absolutely horrific. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS - SAVE YOURSELF TIME & MONEY (and possibly your life)!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. My wife doesn't get her medication. They don't answer the phone to refill prescriptions or they get it wrong. I am not exaggerating or overreacting. It has happened multiple times. Pick somewhere else if you can, just trust me on this one friends.

my doctors are good and the ladies in imaging/lab are great. The problem is with their prescription system and getting help with issues. Their system for calling in medication is seriously flawed. It doesn't matter what pharmacy you use there is always a problem. Then when you call the office to get some help, half the time they don't return your call. When they do return your call, they aren't helpful or understanding at all. This has happened multiple time to both me and my mom. I'm currently waiting for a med to be filled for 2 weeks now and have called 4 times for help. It's not a pharmacy issue because its happened with 3 different pharmacies, the only common denominator is Heritage Medical.
