I experienced excellent customer service from both Danielle and Steven during my company's offsite last week. They were incredibly hospitable, highly communicative throughout the lead up to the event as well as during the 3 days we utilized their conference space, and helpful in problem solving. They were there early each day to help me get in and set up, and they assisted in many ways. From a value perspective- it was a good space that met our needs and the design of the common space was very modern, beautiful, and welcoming. The provided amenities were very nice and we were happy with the value we got from our 3 days of usage. Thank you again to the wonderful Brentwood Serendipity crew for a great offsite!

Highly recommend Serendipity Labs! My team had a two day meeting and this was the perfect place for us to hold it. Stephen and Danielle were so incredibly helpful and hospitable. They made everything so easy for me as the coordinator. They helped us plan our meals and a beverage package, which was so well received by our attendees. They helped bring such a peace of mind for me and hosting that event that I was able to actually enjoy the two days of meetings and really be present. Will use them again!

I was one of the first tenants at the Brentwood Serendipity Labs, and have been there for over a year. It’s a beautiful space as a whole, and has been a perfect fit for my business. Not only does it provide everything I need to work with my clients, but it is also a comfortable and welcoming environment for them as they wait for appointments with me. If you have clients that visit you at your workspace, this location will definitely impress them. Steven and Danielle are always helpful onsite, and Melissa was wonderful in helping me with my lease renewal this year. I’m thankful for all they’ve done to help me grow my business!

At Serendipity Labs - Nashville – Brentwood, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Serendipity Labs - Nashville – Brentwood is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Serendipity Labs.
