As a younger business professional looking for office space, I’ve toured quite a few buildings — but none compare to The Palms on White. The building itself is spotless, well maintained, and priced very fairly. But what truly sets this place apart is the office manager, Vanna. From the second you walk in, she greets you with a big smile and a warm southern drawl that makes you feel right at home — every word dripping with kindness. She even stayed over an hour after closing just to give me a tour because traffic from the interstate wreck had me running late. That kind of dedication is rare these days. Unfortunately, the office I wanted was rented before I could grab it, but I’ll be waiting for the next available one — because I know this is where I want to be. The Palms on White is a great building, but Vanna is truly one of a kind.

Aside from the fact that this place is coveniently located, very well kept, and very welcoming for our events, what really makes this place amazing is Management, the office Manager Vana is really a Gem, made our experience easy, assisted with the coordination of our event in every single step communicated well, and made our experience amazing, we will continue to use The Palms for our future events. The facility is wonderful, clean and professional, with tech that supported our meeting. Our "concierge", Vanna, was excellent and made the process easy and stress free. Everything was exactly what we asked for when we arrived. Vanna was super helpful, yet minimally invasive in doing so. She also informed us about work similar to ours being done in the community, as a means of connecting us, if we so desired. That is very wise and community minded of her.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
