If I could put zero stars I would. I had a virtual office with this company for about 2 years. My account information changed and I wasn't able to update my account information on their computer system. I had to go with another company that offers virtual offices for that reason. I tried and tried to contact this company unsuccessfully. I received a letter from a collection agency last week. I said all of that to say that there is a serious lack of customer service. This company is threatening my LLC. I am going to pay the bill today that I don't feel I owe. I said all of that to say be careful with this company. There was no reason for me to have 2 virtual offices. I went to the office in person to speak with someone. The man at the desk told me that he could not assist me because the debt had been turned over to a collection agency. I will never in life do business in any manner with this company again. Beware!

All these positive reviews are misleading. Here's my experience: 1. They allow people to tour your office even when you're not present and let others record in your office. Don’t leave anything confidential out—I know this because I was allowed to do so during a tour. 2. The front desk staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Even if you're just using a virtual address, your mail might end up mixed with someone else's, as mine did. And their $30 mail forwarding service is a complete waste—they barely send your mail. I had this service for a year and only received mail twice. 3. When I try to check my mail, they’r on lunch. Instead of communicating this, they just put a sign up in my face and stare at me like I’m crazy. There’s nothing professional about this overpriced company. You can find much better services elsewhere.

I have been at Regus in Rock Hill for over a year now and am extremely pleased with the location and especially the staff. Dani and Katie did a great job, and Veronica is filling their shoes wonderfully. Veronica is always smiling and has a great attitude towards my clients. It is great to know when my clients come, they will be greeted with a friendly face. Thank you for all you do!
