I’ve been a tenant with Souder Properties for the last year. The building is regularly cleaned and maintained. On the rare occasion that I need to put in a maintenance request, it is always handled promptly. The building is kept at a comfortable temperature (69-72) leaning toward the cooler side. A comfortable working temperature was very important to me, especially in the heat of summer. I have been extremely pleased. The staff is wonderful. Erika helped me through the process to get set up. And she has continued to help answer any questions that have come about since. The working environment is very quiet. It’s a mixed use location - we have a few offices, EMS and a few beauty service technicians. I sometimes miss the craziness of a big salon but I enjoy the privacy of my private studio. If you’re looking for a quiet office or studio I highly recommend looking into Souder Properties. I wanted to make this review incase anyone else may be searching for their spot. I renewed my lease for another year - the past year has been fabulous!

Writing this review due to the Air Condition in my wife’s rental space. I will update this review once the HVAC is repaired, it’s going on 2 weeks with no resolve. My wife is 7 months pregnant and her clients are constantly complaining about how hot it is. Not a good experience so far. UPDATE: Erika(Property Manager) helped resolve the issue. I think there’s learnings for management with this experience. If they listened to our concern almost 2 weeks ago, they would’ve known that it was the thermostat locked in the neighboring suite (which we don’t have access to). The thermostat was set to heat from the winter months(wasted HVAC call, hopefully they have a contract). Since we don’t have access to the thermostat management will buy a stand alone AC unit to avoid this from happening in the future. It took some time but we worked through the issue. UPDATE 2: The issue was said to be resolved and is still not complete.
