Be very cautious with Regus virtual office contracts. I dissolved my LLC and provided all required documentation, and was told that dissolution would void the agreement. I was later told that I would have to pay for this service for 2 years (for a virtual mailbox), when I only signed up for month-to-month. Despite my efforts to contact them to get this solved, Regus failed to properly cancel my account and is making the process extremely difficult, they also continued to charge my credit card until I had my business card cancelled . I contacted them multiple times, requested escalation, and even filed a BBB complaint, which was never responded to. I never used the virtual office, never picked up mail (there is often no one at the front desk), and I no longer have that active business, yet the account remains unresolved, and I continue to get invoices. Poor communication and lack of accountability made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I am also still getting threatened to send my account to collections. Please Beware!

Booked an office to work from and was sent an email less than an hour prior to my reservation that they are not staffed today and they will not be able to accommodate my reservation. They cancelled my reservation so I would need to find another place at a higher rate rather than honoring the reservation at the next closest location to me. It felt like the Seinfeld episode where they know how to take the reservation, but they don't know how to hold the reservation. Terrible customer service, terrible experience.

Excellent reception, quiet space, WiFi strong. Building could use better signage to make it visible from the main road.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.
