As a freelance graphic designer, I signed up for a virtual office because I wanted a business address instead of using my home address. The mail handling has been reliable, and whenever I need to meet a client, I can reserve a meeting room without any hassle. The monthly cost is reasonable, and the staff have always answered my questions quickly. It's been a great solution for my business.

I run a small insurance agency and needed a professional place to meet new clients while I was in Myrtle Beach for a few weeks. I booked one of the conference rooms and everything was ready when I arrived. The Wi-Fi was fast, the room was clean, and the smart TV made it easy to go through policy presentations over Zoom. My clients commented on how professional the office looked. I'll definitely use this space again on future visits.

Booked a conference room for client negotiations communication stayed prompt pricing felt transparent and the setup helped our niche consulting deal close smoothly.

Using their virtual office for my remote consulting business was excellent. Clear communication, affordable monthly pricing, and reliable mail handling exceeded expectations.

i am writing this anonymously because if Trameka of all people was treated like that lord knows what will happen to any of us. I've been here for years, yes the location is good, but we’ve dealt with things like multiple rent hikes, limited parking, network outages, bugs, and loud inconsiderate tenants (mostly the landlord's son-in-law). When businesses are close like we are, customers see us as a whole. We help and support each other but You must have a strong foundation for your business to thrive. Some of us don't even feel comfortable anymore having a landlord capable of treating tenants like this. The walls are thin around here. We all know your son in law wanted to hire some help but couldn’t afford to so instead y’all gaslighted Trameka. Do what you want with your business but gaslighting someone is low. If you consider renting here, you had better hope none of the landlord's friends or family wants your unit. You may be gaslighted. David, I honestly don’t know how you sleep at night.
