I am in the commercial real estate space and I was looking for a place outside of our corporate office to be able to just focus on sales calls. I found several options that were appealing and literally was about to choose one and stumbled across Switchyards today. It was instant relief as I watched their video tour... just knew this was the place. So I signed up today and made my first visit. The video tour really doesn't do this place justice. From the moment my phone buzzed to let me in I knew I had made the right decision. The space is very well laid out, cozy yet has a purposefully productive vibe. I had an important meeting there and my client was equally impressed. Still can't figure how it's at such a reasonable price.. almost feel guilty... ALMOST! Love the Methodical coffee options, great coffee! Thanks to the owners that took the leap to put this location in Greenville. It is needed. Hope you guys knock it out of the park!
