Do not sign a contract for an office at this location or with Regus at all. I was lied to at the time of signing and told the price would hold for a year. Without notice 5 months after signing the contract the price increased by $300. I was told there was nothing they could do about that. Deep breath, okay. I ended the contract, as per the stated way to end to contract and tried to move on. Now, I have paid the office restoration fee (required, the office was in the same condition as when I got it but they do a standard restoration fee no matter what based on the size of the office) and they refuse to apply the fee to my invoice. I have gotten emails saying I will get a late fee, even though I paid 9 days early and they have had my payment for 22 days. You cannot get any kind of management on the phone. The only people who will talk to you are the front desk people and all they can do are submit tickets. The offices are terribly over priced, they will lie to you and they will do anything they can to squeeze every penny out of you and keep you in the contract even when you end the contract (by following the steps written in the contract for how to end it)! Do not let these people steal your money and cause you the anxiety they have cause me.

Worst customer service. Takes too long to get a response and only response is a basic email with no way to talk to a human being. I hate I signed up for this service. Didn’t get the items (virtual address) I paid for in a timely manner and they are not allowing me out the contract! Worst service EVER!! Charged me charged me $313 with no warning or explanation. Plus an additional month of $94 and I’ve only had service since April. How in the work do I have over $500 worth of fees and only had service a little over a month at best! I was Charged a late fee even though I have a card on file. Worst service EVER!!
