***Update to my review*** Updated from 1/5 to 4/5 stars. Roam's customer service followed up and were very professional and helpful. After emailing with customer service, I can better understand how the mistake happened. I do wish the person I originally spoke with had taken the time to explain and offered the same great service (only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). I can attest that their customer service team were responsive, kind, and made every attempt to "make things right". --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lack of consideration for my time. I submitted their form requesting and private office as my work requires HIPAA Compliance. Someone reached out to schedule an appointment with me. We scheduled and I secured childcare. So, after securing childcare, I drove 30 minutes to their office. Then I arrived on time for my appointment. I was informed that the last private office had been rented the week prior. So they had PLENTY of time to reach out and inform me so that I could cancel our appointment. They offered an insincere apology and suggested the option of using the "20 hours a month credit" to use a community room for my appointments. So they clearly intentionally did not cancel our appointment just so they could still try to sell me on something that was obviously no longer a good fit. They wasted my time and resources when they knew they did not have a space for me. Their space looked nice but customer service is terrible and only focused making a buck and not on good relationships with their customers.

The team at Roam is wonderful! Sydney, Greg, Lizzie and the staff go way above the standard to create a welcoming and productive experience for my business growth. The place is beautiful too with so much open light. Top notch!

I went to the auditorium at Greenville ONE for a professional meet and greet and a moderated panel discussion of hospitality. The building layout, location, and seating accommodations are top notch. I highly recommend any business to use the space for gatherings and presentations.
