  At SOCO - BullStreet, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I visit SOCO - BullStreet before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with SOCO, who is more than happy to help out.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with SOCO.
