SOCO has been a part of our company success for many years. As we have grown they have grown with us - from single non-reserved desks on Lady Street and Bull Street to now having one of the largest offices with the best views in SoCo Gather. With a large portion of our team working remote, we have loved the use of the conference spaces to bring everyone together quartlery! Their ability to help us keep our overhead low has contributed greatly our Resimplifi becoming one of the fastest growing companies in the State and a top 20% Inc. 5000 awardee!
I've been a frequent flyer of all SOCO locations and SOCO Gather has become my go-to spot to crush some work. The location is designed super well for setting and getting things done quickly. The space is modern but has a local feel. And it's awesome to be working with lots of natural light and views of everything that's going on with Bull Street. And random conversations and connections with members is still the best part of being at SOCO.
Great location to enter flow state and get stuff done. Plush social spaces, common work area for hot desks, or dedicated offices for entrepreneurs, small business, or the corporately "unhoused". Nice conference room space, coffee, beer, and 8 food and drink venues downstairs from BBQ to Greek. Staff at SOCO are band of wonderful and helpful people as well. #menschsquad
I've worked at all the SOCO locations over the years and Gather keeps up the high standards for collegiality, engaged management, interesting folks to work around, and more. In this case, the more is the people watching and lunch choices that come with being above the Gather COLA food court! Plus the office itself is brand new and really quite nice with lots of indoor and outdoor seating options. Highly recommend to those who like to work around people who know when and when not to engage, and appreciate a really nice setting.
SOCO is hands-down the best coworking spot in Columbia!
