I highly recommend the 3 course lunch prix fixe. The food is so fresh and tasty. Gazpacho, Chicken spring medley and chocolate mousse all for $35. Such a deal.

SNOB is a really nice everyday spot in Charleston with good food, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the burger, which was excellent, and the wine we had paired nicely with the meal. The only disappointing part was that they would not sell the wine by the bottle and instead served smaller pours, which felt a little frustrating. Aside from that, the experience was very good. The staff was helpful, and they even let us charge a dead phone at the bar, which we really appreciated. Overall, the food was solid, the service was good, and the restaurant has a nice, easygoing feel that makes it a great place to stop in for a casual meal or drink while in Charleston. I’d definitely go back, especially for the burger.

An absolutely amazing dining experience! Our server Colin was very welcoming and knowledgeable on the menu items. Loved the cornbread and butter they start you off with. We had the duck breast (tender & moist), shrimp & grits (signature dish) and topped it off with their delectable banana cream pie. The food presentation, taste and quality are unmatched!

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with State & Board.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with State & Board, who is more than happy to help out.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
