Amazing experience from start to finish. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely well delivered throughout the evening. The food was excellent, clearly high quality and very well executed. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely return.

Had a wonderful lunch here after our walking tour in the French Quarter. Honestly, the primary reason for the ding from 5 stars is that we sat for LONG stretches of time between courses of the Lunch fix price 3-course menu making it take a long time for the meal. Plus, they only give you one corn bread muffin each with no offers for more. The corn muffin was pretty dry and would have been nice to have like a basket of bread to go with it or something. The shrimp and grits were good — watery soup style rather than thick gravy style and the shrimp was fairly under-seasoned but the sausage and grits were very tasty so it averaged out.

My best meal in Charleston the fixed price lunch- crab soup, amazing, shrimp and grits, yum- the chocolate pot dessert, no words other than delicious, the sea salt on top with sweet- chefs kiss. Had a bite of my friends Reuben, thin sliced, tender corn beef, very tasty!

Delicious food with southern sensibilities, outstanding service, beautiful attention to detail. Every mouthful was full of complex layers of flavor. Great wine list and interesting cocktails. Perfectly enjoyable evening.

We visit SNOB every spring and it is consistently fantastic. The food is exquisite, Jordan always provides amazing service and the atmosphere is always fun! Live the BBQ Tuna and the carpaccio is the best! See ya next year.
State & Board - The People's Building operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with State & Board.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with State & Board, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
