Charleston West Co-Working & Executive Offices is West Ashley's locally-owned executive co-working suite — eleven furnished private offices, a six-seat conference room, and a drop-in Business Lounge inside a real two-story commercial building at 1470 Tobias Gadson Blvd, ten minutes from downtown Charleston via I-526.

Private executive offices lease at $700–$800/month on a 1-year renewable lease — full service, including unlimited conference room use, high-speed wifi, mail handling, reception, business address with optional suite signage, the Business Lounge, free building parking, utilities, cleaning, and trash. No CAM, no setup fees.

Drop in for the day in our Business Lounge at $35/day, or rent the six-seat conference room at $45/hr (two-hour minimum), $150 half-day, or $275 full-day. Virtual Office service available at $195/mo for a verifiable South Carolina business address.

Office Evolution in downtown Charleston is an amazing workspace. Beth there is awesome and extremely helpful with understanding the various options available between coworking, individual offices and private conference rooms. The location could not be better overlooking King St! Very excited to begin working my business out of there soon!
