we own an ecommerce brand and were at cubework for about a year. they even wrote a case study on our brand on their website because we are a high growth brand. there are definitely positives to cubeworks. they are pretty inexpensive for the area especially with the small sizes you can rent and you take little risk because you can easily get more space as you need it it would be a huge win if... it was managed well. ...but the charleston location is managed horribly. the bathrooms are rarely cleaned, the floors are disgusting, the trash is never emptied so we had piles of trash in our unit waiting for the trash company, and if you have an issue itll never get fixed. and worst of all. they owe me my $15K security deposit still. we moved out 5 months ago. I am pretty sure they do not plan to give it back because they stopped responding to emails. Prior to not responding to us, every week they say "we are shipping your check in the next mail batch" but it never comes. we left the space in better condition than what they gave us (absolutely disgusting how dirty it was) and had to pay to fix many things they were responsible to fix on our own. we expect and deserve a full security deposit back.

We’ve had a great experience working with Prince. Since he’s taken over managing the warehouse, he’s been incredibly responsive, transparent, and proactive. He’s quick to address any issues, communicates the rules clearly, and is always willing to help when needed. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about improving the warehouse and making it a better place for everyone renting space there. Having someone this reliable and engaged is a huge factor in why renting here has been such a positive experience. We really appreciate everything he does!
