Kate Oellerich, Community Manager at Regus Aiken, demonstrated a serious lack of management and customer service skills. She mishandled my concerns regarding an auto-renewal lease that I neither authorized nor knew about until I received an email informing me I signed up and will being paying for another year. I asked to speak to her boss since apparently she has no power or is electing to be powerless to cancel an auto renewal I did not give permission for. Thus far, after asking multiple times, she has ignored my request for her boss's information.

The place was clean and the facility was nice but the company randomly added fees to my rent without any consultantion about it. And when I contested it and tried to have a conversation, there was no flexibility. Multiple times, the lead person there would see me but wouldn't have a conversation in person. She would only send me emails. They claim to be flexible but only if you're flexible to pay more and more without any conversations or new contracts.

Very happy with this place. Office staff is excellent and very professional. Building is very clean and well maintained. Rates are reasonable. Highly recommended to any business that’s starting out.
