Piloto 151 Santurce Suites is simply spectacular! We've been here for over six years, and it's time to say goodbye. The service provided by Tanairy is excellent; always attentive, friendly, and willing to help at any time. Ivzalia also deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism. Her customer service is second to none. The amenities are top-notch. We enjoy coffee, water, sweets, snacks, and soft drinks available 24/7, which make our workdays much more enjoyable. From time to time, they surprise us with homemade cookies, pizza, and other delicious treats. All of this contributes to a welcoming and motivating work environment. Additionally, Piloto 151 is always prepared for any eventuality. They have a power generator that ensures service continues uninterrupted. They keep us informed with emergency messages via email, ensuring we are always aware of any situation. The experience at Piloto 151 is unmatched anywhere else. I recommend all future guests to experience this unique experience and enjoy all the amenities and excellent service they offer. Five stars well deserved! Piloto 151 Santurce Suites is extraordinary.
