TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They left reviews for themselves, which says a lot for their "integrity." When a company has its own employees leave reviews, that's telling. Go with someone else for managing your properties or you will be disappointed.

They are not a good company to work with the landlord filed for eviction after receiving parchal payment and proof of the remaining balance being sent in the mail by check then proceed to charge me for filing fees from court after receiving over payment the same day as the court date the day before Christmas eav I now have my rent over payed and am responsible for the $180 worth of filing fees even tho my rent is certainly over payed. since renting my electric cut out of no we're in the main bed room and it took 2 long weeks for them to send maintenance to fix this issue they came out on a Sunday morning after I expressed the fact that my rent is in escrow until the issues are resolved in my apartment is fully function able.... the same day I came home from court my water went from getting extremely hot extremely fast too freezing I have a infant this is not acceptable. (I have my suspicions of somebody tamper with the water heater) but I do not know for sure! moral of the story be wise where you put your money cuz some places are just not worth it.... And will cost you more if your hard earned money when times are already difficult as is !
Maintenance or whoever goes to the places to take the curtains down and fix’s things before you get evicted steals valuable things out of the place before tenents can schedule a date to get things.
