This is not a space for you if you have any hardship with your business. They have all state of the art features including electronic doors that they will use to lock you out and to black mail you for any payment. They do illegal evictions and lock outs. They don’t follow the law traditionally everything is illegally done. They will also make arrangements either you for false hopes. They won’t allow you into get your belongings from the property. I have filed a $12,000.00 law suit here. Another issue is you don’t know who you actually lease from. The website here say alliance, the lease say 1406 3rd Avenue LLC and the phone calls come from KNG equity. Frauds and scammers

Trisha answered all my questions about the space before leasing. They worked to make the room meet my needs. Very impressed.

Great offices at great prices. They are very well taken care of and if you need anything, they answer with urgency. There’s a meeting room, sitting room, coffee station and plenty of bathrooms. It’s also in a convenient location close to 83 and Rt 30. The office building looks exactly how it is on their website so you won’t be disappointed when take a tour.
Please reach out to The Office Alternative Workspace for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Office Alternative Workspace.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Office Alternative Workspace, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
