  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

  It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. • Can I visit FZ Works before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  FZ Works operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at FZ Works? How about for a day or a month?

  At FZ Works, you can book a Main Conference Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Open Desk Coworkings and Main Conference Rooms are also available.
