Terrible experience from the beginning. Incorrect invoices. Unreliable amenities including constant outages affecting internet. Very friendly building receptionist but clueless and unhelpful workers within Spaces. Refusing to issue the retainer/deposit over 30 days since the lease ended. Would not recommend to anyone.

If you need office space that is not inside of your house, spaces is a good option. It has good meeting spaces, and good small office space.

NEW UPDATE: My account was canceled to end on 7/31, yet I received invoices for August and September. I reached out and the account was not canceled when it said that it was, leaving me to owe another $325 for August. I made them give me a written note that says that my account is in fact canceled just so I can use that for legal action next time they decide to charge me out of the blue. UPDATE: Reached out to the manager (commented on this review to do so). It’s been several days with no reply. If I could leave 0 stars for this company I would. Honestly, there are plenty of better options that won’t screw you over and that are transparent with their policies online. This company has the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with that are not willing to help at all. When you call, they tell you to put in a ticket online and nothing ever gets resolved. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.
