I wanted a location for a remote office in the Pittsburgh area, so I tried to get into this location. the only location they had available was on Ardmore Blvd. I went and discussed the the office and other items. they said they would up charge me for a sign on the floor entrance and another up charge for the entrance sign. they told me the building would be available for access 24/7 although the main door to the building closes at a certain hour in the evening. I signed some forms which i told the salesman who did not seem very interested, that I was looking at other locations also. they put the contract thru and when I decided not to go with them they threatened to sue me for 1970.53. They also violated several good faith obligations when they kept emailing me after I told them to contact my lawyer. this must me part of a PE group who is just trying to squeeze every dime out of everyone they can. NOT A GOOD FAITH COMPANY.

I stopped out at Aerotek and finish up my paperwork possibly to get hired on overall building was pretty nice a little renovation was going on the floor I had to go to only thing I was a little bit of disappointed in Not seeing any handicap parking spaces near the front of the building in the front doors of the building is wide enough for a handicap to get in but the doors are not a handicap accessible meaning they don't automatically open you need somebody to hold the door over for you if you're in a wheelchair and I did not see any lobby attended when I went in to the building
