We have rented from Regus for several years and, unfortunately, have watched the experience steadily decline over time. Cleaning of the offices and bathrooms is extremely inconsistent, billing issues have been an ongoing frustration, and the hallways are often very loud and disruptive during the workday. The staff members seem more like placeholders than people empowered to actually help, and any concerns or complaints we’ve raised have consistently fallen on deaf ears. After reading other critical reviews, we can honestly say they are absolutely on point and reflect our experience as well. The only real positive is the location. Beyond that, we would not recommend Regus, especially for the high costs they charge. There are so many other coworking and office space companies that may provide far better service and responsiveness. At this point, we are honestly just glad that our contract is finally coming to a close

2/26/26 Update: Things continue to get worse, and complaints fall on deaf ears. Frequently, the cleanings don’t happen. Bathrooms are left disgusting, offices and garbage not emptied, etc. Completely mismanaged and getting worse and worse. We can’t wait for our contract to end! A year ago: As others have stated, the management is very deceptive and will lie if it fits their narrative. Rates aren't competitive, so called "included services" are hit and miss and not what's promised. Complaining falls on deaf ears. The only reason for two stars is location. You've been warned

Horrible Customer Service, Predatory business practices. I have a virtual membership with this organization and after a billing error where they charged my account multiple times it took over a month for them to correct the issue after having to call and complain multiple times. After requesting my service be cancelled they refused to cancel despite their terrible service and not using the product they are holding me hostage despite the fact that my business is suffering. This company has no regard for customer satisfaction or individual circumstances. EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE! Issue has Yet to be resolved review their Better Business Bureau Listing and view all unanswered complaints before going with this company.
